Whom do I contact about sponsorships or advertising space for JAWS CAMP or regional events?
How do I submit my logo and company description for the JAWS annual program, newsletter, web site or event displays?
Logos: Please email your logo in EPS or Illustrator format so it can be scaled as needed.
Advertising: Ads can be static or animated and preferably in PNG format. High resolution versions are best. JAWS can feature your material a number of ways, including a slideshow that displays ads in a high resolution, beautiful format. Ads can be an active link to your website or video; please provide the URL.
All artwork submitted must be final. JAWS does not provide services for graphic design. Advertiser assumes responsibility for any errors in the artwork submitted to JAWS.
Sizes: Banner/Header ad at 300 x 50 pixels; Footer ad 220 x 220 pixels; Sidebar ad 250 x 250 pixels
Rates: Advertising is generally considered a benefit of sponsorship. If you’d like to advertise separately from a sponsorship, please contact Katherine Rowlands for rates.
Do I get to help design the program/panel or give material to reporters to use in coverage?
No. As a nonprofit leadership and educational organization, JAWS greatly appreciates corporate and foundation support for its goals, programs and activities. And as a journalism organization, JAWS of course follows appropriate guidelines for ethical sponsorship. That means acceptance by JAWS of any financial or in-kind contribution from our partners or funders does not constitute an endorsement of their positions, policies, products or services, and there’s no expectation on the part of our partners or funders for any special treatment in news coverage. Likewise, as we welcome input from our partners, JAWS retains final approval of all topics of discussion, selection of panel experts, and other aspects of content and organization of sponsored events.
