Fundraising and Development: Roxanne Foster

RoxanneFosterRoxanne Foster is a Denver-based freelance journalist and blogger whose work centers on community news, underrepresented populations, relationships and religion. She earned her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in 2013, where she developed a passion for interviewing and preserving oral history. In her previous life, she was a business analyst who used her bachelors degree in marketing management to pay for long-term stints in Africa and South America, where she worked with non-profit organizations that focused on finding lasting solutions to the issues faced by women and children in the developing world. She’s been involved with JAWS since 2011 and served as the Assistant CAMP Director in 2014.
