Everywomannews: Michele Weldon's new book is "Everyman News: The Changing American Front Page." Her blog is intended to be a discussion of the portrayal of women in news, as well as issues relating to women and journalism from content and style to sourcing and images.
Feministing: JAWdesses Ann Friedman, Courtney Martin and others contribute to this blog by young women. "We view Feministing as a platform for not only discussion among feminists and allies, but for reaching (rational, not hateful) people who may not agree with every word we write."

Ten95: Veronica Miller and five other young journalists "taking on one industry. Stories of their victories, rejections, pet peeves and lessons learned along the way."
Travel Writing: Honduras: Sharon Bloyd-Peshkin launched a blog in January 2008 for a course she is teaching at Columbia College Chicago. "Travel Writing: Honduras" includes writing and photos from Sharon and the nine students in her class. (They are all part of the "neighborhood" you can click on from the main page.)
War Story: Lexington Herald-Leader reporter and blogger Jamie Gumbrecht's blog on covering Iraq.
