JAWS Recognizes World Press Freedom Day

(GRANDVILLE, Mich. May 3, 2025) - As we recognize World Press Freedom Day, we’re reflecting on the state of journalism today and the work being done to defend democracy, press freedom and the first amendment. In addition to our own personal statement released in March, JAWS has signed onto multiple statements and open letters reflecting our stance as an organization.
